  9. After an extensive private beta-testing phase, Luminus is now ready for its
  10. first non-beta public release.  Many critical functions have been rewritten
  11. since the public beta-versions, and tested to assure their reliability.
  12. Luminus has also had some grueling Enforcer testing, and I'm pretty sure all
  13. the Enforcer hits are gone, too.

  15. Luminus is now stable and reliable and should be able to meet your
  16. ANSI-editing needs.
